Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, US English, strategic planning skills, and a passion for customer relationship management.

Duties



Experience in closing related to Software/IT Product in US/ Canada/Australlia Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive lead generation. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of services. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer interactions effectively. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
