## Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's success.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our online learning platform

- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth

## Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or e-learning industry

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

## Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with online learning platforms and education technology

- Certification in sales, marketing, or business development
