Job Summary:



We are seeking freshers with exceptional communication skills to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Use various tools and platforms to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.

Client Outreach:

Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media platforms. Present Talent Craft India's services and value proposition effectively.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate and close deals to drive business growth.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights to improve business strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms.

Self-Motivated:

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
