Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching digital marketing services, and closing deals. This is a commission-based role, perfect for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell and want to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, cold calling)
Pitch and explain SocialSail's digital marketing services to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals
Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategy
Commission Structure
5% commission
on successfully closed
Indian contracts
10% commission
on successfully closed
foreign contracts (International clients)
No fixed salary. Your income depends on the number and value of contracts closed

Who Can Apply

Must understand digital marketing basics (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Previous experience in sales or BD (preferred but not mandatory)
