Role Description - Accountant / Accounts Executive

This is a

full-time on-site role

for an

Accountant / Accounts Executive

located in

Puducherry

.

The selected candidate will manage daily accounting activities, financial documentation, and system records while supporting Navy-based projects, government contracts, and event operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, files, and system entries. Handle

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

activities. Maintain all accounting files and document records properly. Process invoices, expense claims, vendor payments, and receipts. Support

voice call coordination

with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts. Willingness to

travel occasionally to site locations

for document verification, coordination with project teams, and finance-related support for Navy-based projects and event operations. Prepare basic financial reports and statements as required. Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking. Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation. Manage data entry and reporting using

Excel, Word, PowerPoint & CRM systems

. Support finance team in Navy / government project documentation and event-based accounting tasks.
Skill Set Required

Basic to strong knowledge of accounting principles. Experience or familiarity with

Accounts, File Maintenance & System Documentation

. Ability to handle

voice calls professionally

for payment follow-ups and coordination. Good system knowledge of:

MS Excel

MS Word

PowerPoint

CRM / ERP / Accounting Software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn Navy-based and event-based operational processes.
Eligibility

Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates. Preferred Candidate - Male
