We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and achieve business growth targets. The role requires identifying opportunities, driving sales, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Generate leads, pitch products/services, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor product performance and ensure market penetration in assigned territories.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns and product visibility.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales/business development (FMCG/consumer goods background preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
