Business Development Executive
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and potential clients, building strong relationships, and generating new software project opportunities for our company.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients/businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Explain our software development services and solutions clearly to prospective clients.
Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and growth targets.
Maintain proper records of outreach and client interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (IT/software industry preferred).
Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of software/IT services is an added advantage.
