Business Development Executive PSU



74A. Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs

B. Monitor & supervise preparation, submission & processing of Budgetary Quotations for Machines,

retrofits, service, AMC, Plate Cutting, spares & consumables for public sector from existing & new

customers.

C. Working on technical parameters before tender with customer.

D. Generating the orders under PAC contracts.

E. Monitor & supervise preparation, submission & processing of tenders for Machines, retrofits,

service, AMC, spares, Plate Cutting & consumables for public sector.

F. Arranging EMD in BG format or online payment as per the feasibility of funds.

G. Generate new business, support in negotiating prices & service requirements of customers

H. Manage enquires from existing & new customers

I. Arrange business meetings & visits of prospective customers

J. Provide information/data to the management to derive profitable plan for the company

K. Prepare monthly MIS report of orders in pipeline, orders received, orders lost, orders executed

and payments received and pending for public sector companies

L. Prepare work orders for production & commercial team for all orders of PSUs

M. Arranging material (Spares & Consumables) and arrange supply.

N. Sending BG, GA, foundation related drawings to customers on receipt of purchase orders for

machines and periodic follow-up with customers on site readiness.

O. Generate invoice for machines, retrofits, service, AMC, Plate Cutting, spares & consumables for

public sector ensure timely delivery of the same.

P. Ensure collection of outstanding from clients as per agreed terms with customers

Q. In cases where payment is pending, take ownership of customer issues and follow up with related

departments to resolve it within committed timeline

R. Coordinate on dispatch of machines and retrofit orders

S. Handling Inspection of Machines, retrofits, service, AMC, spares & consumables for public sector.

T. Preparing, Reviewing, Follow-up of NEW BG's for submission on order receipt and Handling BGs,

EMDs, SDs for follow-up post closure of orders.

U. Co-ordinating for Service team for execution of commissioning, AMC contract.

V. Tracking and managing the AMC contacts.

W. Timely execution of all PSU orders.

X. Sustain rapport with old customer by making weekly calls/follow ups.
