We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building business relationships, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the target market.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the customer base.

Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings to drive sales.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by offering excellent customer service.

Negotiate and close contracts with new clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:


Understand and effectively communicate the technical details of the company's plastic container range.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Sales Reporting & Targets:


Track and manage sales activities, pipelines, and overall performance.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer issues and concerns effectively and promptly.

Market Research & Strategy:


Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to management to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements:


Experience & Education:
2-4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the manufacturing/plastic product industry).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Location:


Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
