Maintain strong client relationships, upsell or cross sell, ensure repeat business
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Gather and analyze customer insights to improve offerings.
Identify new markets and customer segments.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Tailor communication to meet the specific needs of stakeholders
Liaise with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Front Office for seamless delivery
Coordinate with revenue management for channel mix and promotions
Maintain accurate CRM data, weekly/monthly forecasts, and performance dashboards
