We are looking for a dynamic and smart Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of cultural nuances who will play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in national and international markets.
2. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, cultural preferences, and client expectations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
4. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM.
5. Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Required Skills :
Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and global business etiquette
Confident, smart, and presentable personality with a client-facing mindset
Comfortable interacting with international (especially the entire Middle East) and Indian clients.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of sales tools, CRM, and proposal documentation
