Generate high-quality leads via Upwork, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, Cold Emailing, and other platforms
Engage with potential clients and build long-term professional relationships
Understand client needs and craft winning proposals
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful projects
Meet and exceed monthly sales & business growth targets
Track proposals, pipelines, and conversions efficiently
Requirements :-
6 months - 1 year experience in Business Development or Sales (Web Development or Digital Marketing background preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
