We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in lead generation through cold calling and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and email campaigns Identify new business opportunities and potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and follow-ups Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in lead generation through cold calling and emails Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
