Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
