Job Title:- Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Shift Timing:- 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Job Type- Full-time (Work From Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will handle international clients, generate leads, communicate professionally through calls/emails, and support the sales pipeline.
Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for business growth are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through online platforms and databases Generate leads via email outreach, cold calling & social media Build strong relationships with international clients Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory) Previous experience in

BDE, international calling, or IT sales

is an advantage Ability to work independently in a night shift Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or email marketing Confident, energetic and target-driven personality Good understanding of IT services (preferred, not mandatory)
