Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can manage the full sales cycle, from generating quality leads to converting them into long-term clients. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic outreach, and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities



Research, identify, and generate high-quality leads through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels. Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and timelines. Plan and execute cold outreach campaigns to build a strong pipeline. Conduct meetings, present company services, and handle client discussions. Nurture prospects, resolve objections, and move them through the sales funnel. Convert qualified leads into paying clients and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain proper documentation of leads, proposals, and follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Requirements



Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in BDE, sales, or business development (preferably in IT services). Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle. Target-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
