. The BDE will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves conducting market research, preparing business proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The executive will engage with both domestic and international clients to expand the company's business reach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through market research, cold calling, online platforms, and networking.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Present and promote company products and services to new and existing clients.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to close profitable deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements
Proven experience (0-6 months) in
business development, sales, or client acquisition
.
Experience in
industrial products, logistics, or export/import sales
will be an added advantage.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Strong
analytical and research
abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.
Basic proficiency in
MS Office and CRM tools
preferred.
