to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role offers a great opportunity to learn end-to-end business development processes and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Pitch company services and build relationships with potential clients.
Maintain and update the sales database with client information and interactions.
Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team for successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and lead generation.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Internship or project experience in sales/marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
