About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and securing business opportunities through online freelance platforms like Upwork, with a special emphasis on sales growth in Shopify and WordPress ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and generate potential sales leads across various online freelance and business platforms, primarily Upwork.
Actively participate in bidding for relevant projects and follow up to close deals.
Develop new business opportunities within Shopify and WordPress environments.
Understand client requirements and suggest customized solutions accordingly.
Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Be adaptable to work in shifts based on business demands.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in online bidding, especially on platforms like Upwork.
Good understanding of business development in Shopify and WordPress platforms.
Ability to grasp client needs and translate them into actionable proposals.
Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
