Flymedia Technology a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diamond jewellery and possess excellent sales and data collection skills. This role is crucial for driving sales and gathering market intelligence to support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. Develop and present proposals, business plans, and sales pitches to clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
