We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other channels.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Understand client needs and prepare customized proposals and quotations.

- Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, and marketing) for project execution.

- Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.

- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

:

- Strong understanding of IT services and project requirements.

- Experience with online bidding platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer).

- Ability to handle international clients confidently.

- Good analytical and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,829.22 per month
