Business Development Executives (BDE)
. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business leads through online bidding portals (e.g., Upwork).
Draft proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
Communicate with international clients via calls, chats, and emails to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
MBA (Marketing/Finance/International Business preferred).
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of online bidding portals like Upwork.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Presentation:
Ability to draft compelling business proposals and client emails.
Attitude:
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive mindset.
