Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive (B2B)
to expand our derma and cosmetic product range through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new franchise and distribution partners (B2B).
Build strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and stockists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Promote company products to expand market reach.
Requirements:
Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in pharma or derma B2B sales/business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for business meetings.
