Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow business through
Upwork and other online platforms

Prepare professional
proposals, BRDs, and project documentation
.
Communicate effectively with
international clients
to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in
business development within the IT industry
.
Strong expertise in
Upwork bidding and client communication
.
Excellent
verbal and written English communication skills
.
Experience preparing
proposals, project plans, and BRDs
.
Understanding of
Zoho products or CRM systems
(preferred).
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
