Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking, etc.). Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and services. Maintain and expand the company's database of potential clients. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients. Achieve and exceed assigned targets for lead generation and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on progress and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
