Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector
- Lead generation and engagement with senior-level clients
- Represent the company in client meetings and events, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management and PPT presentations
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive sustained business growth
- Collaborate with the Sales Head to develop sales strategies and meet targets
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in sales, business development, or B2B marketing
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Digital marketing knowledge and social media handling experience
- Proficient in MS Office (PPT) and ability to present professionally
Personality: Pleasant and approachable with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Other Requirements: Female candidates preferred; must be comfortable with travel for client meetings
