Identify and generate new business opportunities in the
nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and health supplement markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients.
Promote the company's
nutraceutical products, formulations, and private-label solutions
to potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand
customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver
presentations, quotations, and proposals
to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the
R&D, production, and marketing teams
to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
Maintain detailed client data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
Provide regular
sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
to management.
Ensure proper documentation for client onboarding, agreements, and pricing approvals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.
1-4 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
(preferably in
Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Healthcare
industry).
Good understanding of
nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and health product markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
