Role Overview




We are hiring a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

for our

Mohali office

to help expand RChilli's reach across India and global markets. This role is ideal for a

young, ambitious professional

with

6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience

who is eager to build a career in

SaaS and HR Tech

. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities




Identify and reach out to new leads through

online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

. Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients. Schedule

meetings, demos, and presentations

for prospects. Assist in preparing

proposals, presentations, and sales documentation

. Keep

CRM records

up to date with lead and client information. Work with the marketing team to run

lead-generation campaigns

in India and global markets. Learn and understand RChilli's

HR Tech products

to confidently present them to clients. Achieve entry-level

sales targets

and contribute to pipeline development.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).

6 months to 1 year of experience

in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (

SaaS/HR Tech preferred but not mandatory

). Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).

Eagerness to learn

, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset. Familiarity with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a

hybrid setup

.
