Key Responsibilities
Counseling:
Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students/clients.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate courses, programs, or services.
Assist in career guidance, admissions process, and decision-making support.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion and retention rates.
Business Development:
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels.
Achieve monthly enrollment/sales targets set by the management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Represent the organization in seminars, events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive outreach campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Ability to handle targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the education/training/consulting industry.
Knowledge of student admissions, career guidance, or client servicing.
Ability to conduct workshops, presentations, or webinars.
