to manage and expand our business in the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings to pitch products/services.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM.
Follow up on leads and close deals within the target timelines.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or international client handling is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Comfortable working in night shifts (USA timing).
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Good understanding of digital tools and CRM software.
Benefits:
Salary: ₹30,000 - ?35,000 per month
