About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with hands-on experience in
Upwork bidding and client communication
. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing services and the ability to generate business opportunities from online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle bidding and proposal writing on
Upwork
.
Generate new business leads and build long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for project execution.
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth project closure.
Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
Requirements
6 months - 1 year of proven experience as a BDE, preferably on
Upwork
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of IT services, ORM, SEO, SMO, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
Candidates from
