Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
Support in developing sales strategies to achieve set targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to build rapport with clients and identify business opportunities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (freshers are welcome).
