Job Summary



We are seeking a

highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE)

to drive the

entire sales process

, from

lead generation to closing deals

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

identifying potential leads, conducting cold calls, nurturing prospects, handling objections, and converting them into long-term clients

. The role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build relationships through

consistent follow-ups and tailored sales approaches

. Key responsibilities include

researching potential clients, making outbound calls and emails, conducting sales meetings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM

. The candidate must be

results-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets

. Experience in

cold calling, lead nurturing, and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
