Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to drive international sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the global BPO/KPO market. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in international business development and enterprise sales.

What You'll Do



Build and manage a territory plan targeting mid-market to enterprise clients. Prospect daily via calls, emails, and social media to secure discovery meetings. Understand client requirements and align them with the right BPO solutions. Lead RFPs/RFIs, pricing discussions, and proposal preparation. Negotiate MSAs/SOWs and successfully close new-logo business deals. Maintain CRM discipline and deliver accurate sales forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client discovery sessions. Ensure compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations (TSR/TCPA).

What You've Done (Required)



Excellent Comm skills 3-7 years of proven experience in closing new B2B deals in Contact Center/BPO/KPO. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong cold calling and lead generation experience. Closed multi-stakeholder deals involving Ops, IT/Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement. Hands-on experience in building proposals and pricing models (FTE, per-interaction, outcome-based). Knowledge of compliance and security standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA).
