Key Responsibilities
Proposal Writing (Upwork):
Craft tailored proposals for web development, design, and digital marketing projects.Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and build prospect lists.
Research client contact information and implement structured outreach campaigns.
Respond to client queries via LinkedIn and email, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Keep the company's Upwork profile updated with latest work, success stories, and service offerings.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to uncover business opportunities.
Reporting:
Maintain records of outreach efforts, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and development teams to deliver accurate, impactful proposals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years in business development, lead generation, or sales. Prior exposure to Upwork bidding and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Tech & Platform Skills:
Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer LinkedIn tools, and email prospecting/search tools etc
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical Thinking:
Able to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Proactive Attitude:
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Team Player:
Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to team goals.
