Star Publicity, a leading outdoor advertising company, is hiring

Business Development Executives

.
This role focuses on

lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth

through

outbound calling and client relationship management

.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through

outbound calling, cold calling, and online research

. Approach and convert potential customers into business opportunities. Promote company services -

Hoardings, Bus Branding, Unipoles, Outdoor Advertising

. Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct basic market research for new opportunities. Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

Minimum

Graduate

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with

outbound calling & client follow-ups

. Target-driven, self-motivated, and good at client handling. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel). Prior sales/telecalling/business development experience preferred (freshers welcome).

Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 - ?15,000 per month. Incentives based on performance. Office-based role (No field sales). Growth opportunities in advertising & media sales.
