Business Development Executive (3+ Years Experience)
to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals for RFPs/RFQs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,
prospecting, and lead generation
? Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and
other bid requests
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and
marketing strategies
? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and
opportunities
? Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue
targets
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in a related field
? 3+ year of experience in business development, sales, or bid management
? Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals in
response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
? Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with Upwork
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
