Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role as an Business Development Executive located in Mohali. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, nurturing the leads, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Job Role and Responsibilities:-

1. Source new Sales and Lead generation skills
2. Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
3. Capable of communication regularly with clients to report specified duties and other activities.
4. Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Inside sales and Lead generation Skills
2. Customer Satisfaction and customer Service skills
3. Account Management Skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving abilities
6. Experience in the IT industry is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
