Business Development Executive (with IT/CS background)

Required Exp:

3-5 years

Responsibilities:

Identify and research new business leads and industry trends.

Reach out to potential clients via Upwork, email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.

Draft business proposals for IT services including web, mobile, and custom software solutions.

Collaborate with management to develop and execute business strategies.

Maintain client database and track communication regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to explore new business opportunities.

Lead sales efforts to meet revenue targets and guide the sales team.

Build strong client relationships through prompt and professional communication.

Attend client meetings and represent the company in networking activities.

Analyse market competition and develop strategic growth plans.
