Key Responsibilities
Place quality bids on platforms such as
Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, and Odesk
Source leads via
LinkedIn
and other relevant channels
Assist in achieving monthly bidding and lead generation targets
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Attend virtual or in-person client meetings (when required)
Support senior staff in business meetings and proposal drafting
Help mentor entry-level team members where appropriate
Key Skills Required
Familiarity with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Strong understanding of
sales processes
and client acquisition
Basic knowledge of the
freelance/project-based services market
Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets
Qualifications
MBA
(Marketing/IT) or related field (pursuing or completed)
Intern/fresher with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
Prior exposure to client-facing roles or bidding is a plus
