Job Summary:
We are hiring a results-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to help grow our customer base and drive sales in the premium doors and windows segment. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in the construction or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C segments
Build and manage relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deliver tailored product presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and installation) to ensure smooth project execution
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Represent Inspire Windoors at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
Maintain sales reports and CRM data accurately and on time
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
2-5 years of proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in building materials or interior products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand product specifications and read basic architectural plans is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a bonus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to travel locally as needed
