Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Generate leads through online platforms, field visits, events, and referrals.
Student Counselling & Admissions
Counsel and guide students regarding courses, career paths, and program benefits.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person counselling sessions.
Convert leads into admissions by explaining course details, fees, and outcomes.
Sales & Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up system.
Negotiate and finalise admissions within company guidelines.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups for conversions and referrals.
Market Research & Feedback
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams.
Maintain updated records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
