Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education/training sector.
Promote and sell online/offline courses, training programs, and educational services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for students and parents.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education-related field.
1 year experience in
education sales, admissions, or EdTech business development
.
Excellent communication, counseling, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or training centers.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Multilingual communication skills (added advantage).
