Responsibilities:
Champion strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Assist in formulating and executing business strategies to enhance revenue generation.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Engage in client interactions, presentations, and relationship building to drive sales.
Optimize day-to-day operations and project management to maximize efficiency.
Generate high-quality sales leads and rigorously follow up until closing deals.
Utilize innovative marketing strategies to capture market attention and foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi, with the ability to seamlessly transition between languages.
Proficiency in English and Marathi; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for real estate and a drive to excel in business development.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and V-Lookup.
