We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with proven experience in lead generation and conversion for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in using freelance portals like
Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
, and should be able to independently handle client communication and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify potential clients through online platforms and freelance portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
2) Pitch digital marketing services like SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, content marketing, etc.
3) Generate qualified leads and follow up consistently to ensure high conversion
4) Create compelling proposals and handle bidding on portals
5) Build strong client relationships and maintain a database of prospects
6) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
7) Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or digital marketing sales
Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other freelance platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to create customized proposals and understand client requirements
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Good understanding of digital marketing trends and services
