We are a growing pharmaceutical advertising agency based in Panchkula , specializing in medical communication, brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative solutions for leading pharma and healthcare companies. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharma clients Generate leads through networking, referrals, pharma events, and online platforms Prepare and present impactful pitch decks and proposals Build long-term relationships with brand managers and marketing heads Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharma, or Business; MBA preferred 1-4 years of experience in business development or client servicing (preferably in pharma advertising) Excellent communication and presentation skills Understanding of pharmaceutical brand promotion, CME, and healthcare communications Self-driven with strong negotiation and follow-up abilities

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
