Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

2+ years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or a hybrid Marketing/Sales role.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills required for engaging with C-level and senior management externally and collaborating internally.

Market Acumen:

Strong understanding of market segmentation, competitive intelligence, and B2B sales cycles.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.

Results-Oriented:

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and qualification.
