Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and client referrals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, activities, and client interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences when required.
