Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to drive sales and expand our client base for

IT and Digital Marketing services

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and a proven track record in B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events.

Build and manage a qualified leads pipeline.

Understand client needs and match them with IT/digital marketing services.

Prepare proposals, deliver pitches, and negotiate contracts.

Collaborate with technical teams to design client solutions.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Report regularly on sales activities and pipeline progress.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in IT sales, particularly in B2C or enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of IT services such as

website design, website development

, and

digital marketing services

(SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling to clients in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).

Prior exposure to working in IT service companies or digital agencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
