Qualifications and Skills:

1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or healthcare outreach (hospitals, clinics, pharma, optical, or related fields). Willingness to travel locally for field work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Telugu and English (Hindi is an advantage). Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on expanding our network and building lasting partnerships in the eye care sector.

You will be responsible for regular visits and follow-ups with optical shops, pharmacies, clinics, doctors, and corporate organizations to generate referrals and strengthen our presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to optical stores, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, opticians, and pharmacists for patient referrals. Establish and manage corporate tie-ups for employee eye care programs. Organize and support eye check-up camps and health awareness initiatives. Coordinate closely with the marketing and front-office teams for smooth patient referral processes. Maintain daily reports of visits, follow-ups, and partnership updates. Achieve monthly targets for new tie-ups and referral conversions.

Preferred

Experience in ophthalmology, eye care, or optical industry. Existing network with local doctors or corporate HR/wellness teams.
